Offset?

Been looking at some wheels. The stud diameter is 108, so thats ok, am i right?
The only thing is the offset? Its 25? Does that matter?
They are 17" by the way.... Also the tyre width is 205. I know i'm going to need some arch work doing, thats fine.

108 is spot on, 25 is a little on the high side, they will most likely rub on the inside, 10mm or 8 mm spacer will fix that though
