Banded Steelies?!?

   Which would be the best steelies to get banded? Original saxo ones?
   
   Also where if anywere is the best place to get them done?
   
   And aproximate cost?

   to be honest m8 your better of buying some already done there is place doing them now for around 50 quid

   you can get them from a company called wide wheels but their website seems to be down at the moment

   Yea I know. Ive been trying their site for a couple of days. Any other places that do them?

   no offence mate but why payy 700+ to have them banded when u can buy none banded ones but wider for like 54quid each.. alot safer aswel.. also balance a peace off piss!

   weller steels tend to only be rated to run a car of 500kg or less
   so not exactly safe

   to get a set of steelies banded is about £300
   
   
   weller also arent making steelies at the moment. i asked them recently, they are moving to a new factory.

   he has got a point they cost a fortune and wen you can get them cheaper and wider for non branded ones it is just a wee point

    i emailed the company about weller wheels as i was interested they said they werent sure they would fit over the front discs. just something else to think about !

    What size did you ask for? as on there website the biggest i can see is 13" and they wont fit over vtr/vts brakes iirc
