There are a few VTR registration plates on regtransfer website - do you think I should go for one or not?!

Can finish a car off nicely but a more personal one is better and you can keep it for life

I think it depends on the car with reg plates, at the end of the day you really don't want a license plate thats worth half as much as the car, if your gonna get a private reg i'd agree with the first post, Get 1 thats personal that you can keep and means more to you.

    Nah, standard.

    You'll always be noticed.

People will be like 'Theres that car from town', 'Look, theres the car from down our street' Your tagged for life mate.

Don't get one that relates to a car, it's stupid.

I have one that relates to my name and DOB, so it's mine forever and worth it's £250

I think private plates are mint, i have a C2 and wanted C2 NMB for my initials but they didnt have it on the dvla site, so i bought C2 FKU
everyone knows wot the FKU stands for and everyone ive talked to likes it
  16. #16
I'd do it if I had £500 lying around

£500 is a lot for a VTR plate. Look on DVLA site I bet there are ones for £250 but even still thats a waste.

I wanted JORG663, it was 2k but now sold. Might settle on N70RGE at somepoint
  34. #34
go personal rather than make imo
  35. #35
    I've always wanted
A60 OCH - let me know if you ever come across it
  36. #36
Can you get 'O' in a number plate,

better luck looking for A600CHY or A600CHH or something
  37. #37
Good investment as long as you find the perfect one! GOOD LUCK
