   I have a budget of £150 but can stretch to £200 if it can be justified.
   
   Basically my setup atm its PiperX open cone with the supersprint race centre and omp 3" box
   
   I am now stuck as to what to get next - sort out proper induction or get a 4-2-1 or 4-1 manifold - decisions decisions
   
   My car is a blacktop MK1 R

   You'll see better gains with a manifold.

   I also agree with the above ^^^^ Mani increase in noise too plus a touch more power as said

   Get the manifold. Then your exhaust system will be complete and you can move on to induction!
