Basically the radiator is on its way out, and instead of buying a new standard one, i was wondering what there is in the way of aftermaket/uprated ones? What do you all reccomend?
All help appreciated

106parts + delivery = long waiting time.
Also how much am i looking at? is it worth getting over a standard one?
Will have to ask KAM if they stock them.

Ive searched for them everywhere and the only place they are is on ebay for decent money. Search Saxo Radiator on ebay and then loads will come up that are alloy, all have the same picture, and theyre Nissens ones when you click on the auction.
Can get them through Partco/Unipart too but theyre a lot more expensive that way

I just got mine replaced as it started pissing water out the top. It was £150 all in with the rad, fitting and coolant. But as I need my car for work I didnt mind.
Not sure what it is to be honest. It has got a black bottle now though instead of the clear / scummy yellow one and is very shiney!

They billed me for an hours labour and some coolant as well, imagine how pissed off I would have been to make a ham fisted job of it and be left with a puddle of coolant on the drive...
How do you tell its Nissens? doesnt say in the ebay ad?
Are they worth it?

25% better cooling apparently, people say they do actually work. Ill let you know how mine runs later on in the week hopefully. Ive read that some are shit quality, but thats seems to be mainly on Fords. No issues from Pug/Citroen owners
