    little too vague there mate.
  3. #3
Round ones are generally quite good
  4. #4
ha ha . well just got new saxo, and just wondering what type looks best, becuase you guys are ment to be the experts arent you???
  5. #5
    experts????????

i've usually found tyres to be quite a good addition too, although fred flinstone seemed to manage fine withough them.
as Joe says mate, you need to provide a bit more detail ie how much do you want to spend, what size are you looking for etc etc. i'd say have a look in the pics gallery or 'your cars' sections and have a look at loads of saxos with loads of different wheels on then you can make your mind up a whole lot easier. then have a look in mags such as redline for adverts from wholesale wheel companies such as wheelbase etc.

    basically

    15s for performance

    16s for performance/ looks

    17s plus looks

what plans do you have for your car?????

edit: although 15s and the car slammed looks lush

well iv got to past my test first but i want to do the interior first becuase i dont have much money at the moment, then do the exterior. but loadsa peopke have said the stick on body-kits are tacky??? but i realy dont no where to start
  10. #10
    what is it

    vtr???

    1.1 etc

  11. #11
1.1 2002 mk2. iv seen alot of things advertised for vtr, what isit?
  12. #12
have a look here mate. that's how a base model should be done.

edit- vtr has 1.6 8v engine and arch extensions, like the vts (vts is 16v), whereas yours will have the flat arches. doesn't mean they can't look nice though
  13. #13
thanks, also do you no when you get body kits do they come unsprayed and how much does it cost to spray them roughly
  14. #14
you'll have to paint them/get them painted. average cost of whole kit sprayed would be around a few hundred quid at least depending on how big/how many pieces.
  15. #15
what did you first do when you got yours?
  16. #16
Good luck getting yourself insured with all that on if you've just passed your test.

    I got quoted an extra..............

£600 to have a mesh grille and lexus lights put on.... so i... errrrrr.... didnt put them on. And my car is the 1.5D (the fastest car money can buy )

Fair enough lexus lights means that I'm blingin' in some of the very finest Helly Hanson tracksuits my benefits can buy, but seriously £600?!?!?! how?

    Anyway i digress,
If you want a bodykit have a look at the Cliche kit. I think it looks the doggies nads, coz its fairly subtle too. I only ordered this at the weekend cant wait to pop it on!!!

    Have fun man!

i lowered it and fitted a manex exhaust. bodywork is standard because i hate bodykits, but it's up to what you do to your car, that's why you should look in the your cars and styling sections, to see what you like and dislike. hope that helps
