Changing rear shoes and adjusting handbrake....

   ive searched on sax-p for a decent how-to guide and how to change the rear shoes and adjust the handbrake, and i havent fount any! i was just woundering if anybody has one? or could quickly knock one up for me (with pics if possible) as i need to change my shoes today.
