spraying problems

    spraying my mirrors matt black, sanded em scufed em primed them, now i've put a few coats of the black on, there seems to be grey white faded spots, that i can't get rid of? whats going on?

    possibley not enough paint, thats what i was told when i done some spraying once....

    even if i do a heavy coat its not going, its only in certain spots i've even rubbed just them spots down and just sprayed them, still no joy

    how many layers of primer?

    couple layers, but about 6 coats of black and still no joy, thinking about throwning them in bin right now

    sounds like the paint isnt sticking to the primer get some fine sand paper and lightly go over the primer to slightly rough it up then wipe down with panel wipe and do it again

    thats what i tried, but still 2 coats on it and it's still not coating

    Its obviously reacting to something on the mirror , its going to have to be sanded again in the affected area and clean with petrol etc. then clean, prime spray ... again.
