just bought the piper 285 cam kit for my mk1 vtr. does anybody know if these are good and what kind of gains i would see with a re-map, port & polish and a head skim as im booked in to have it all done

combined with enclosed filter, manifold and cat back expect around 120>130 at the fly around 100 at the wheels.

Jvtrman made 130 odd bhp but from memory he was running larger valves to

i got the filter, ashley comp 4-2-1 manifold, de-cat pipe, remus racing centre section and magnex back box. will these be good enough along with the work im booked in for to raise me to 120 - 130 bhp at the wheels?

absolutely not a chance in hell, not without forced induction will you see that kind of power at the wheels. Fly possibly.

i have pritty much the same set up as you mate, and i got 133bhp at the fly with the work listed below..
