   40 pros on a 15 are stupidly rare, youll have to buy new and it wont come cheap atall

   they actually aren't bad tyres too , and that includes postage
   
   otherwise just go to a local garage and ask for the cheapest possible, sure somewhere will be able to get some unbranded or budget crap

   you could have the best brakes in the world. at the end of the day the only thing holding on to the road is the rubber beneath ur wheels, and the shitter quality that is the less thats gonna happen...so obviously if you go cheap its riskyer than buying quality...even the safest drivers will know this, sooner or later everyone is going to have to come to a stop very quickly and that could be from 30 mph or 100, and how well that happens is all down to your tyres

   Its more economical and will save you money in the long run to buy expensive tyres since they will last alot longer, central tyre now do a cheap warranty service for tyres when you buy them and they will provide new free tyres if you get a punture, blow out etc wile under warranty.
