Spraying my air vents and covers can anyone help??

   I want to spray my air vents and the trims and the centre dash aswell...
   
   I was thinking of blue cos my car is blue but i think silver would look better...
   
   I dont even know how to get them out to spray them...if someone has done it could you put up some pictures, most appreciated!

   i have a black vtr and i sprayed mine silver it looks gd ant got pics tho they shud b sum screw at da bottom ov ur centre console and sum near the cd palyer ive spray my front speaker grill aswell it looks gd it does look 100% betta wen u spray it tho (look luck )

   im in the process of doing mines... used halfords plastic primer.. halfrods 800 grain sand paper... and Ford Diamond White as my colour of choice.... and yes you should get all the colours for your car in halfords.... if they aint on display ask someone that works there
