induction kits

   hi all, i was interested in purchasing an induction kit for my vtr but not for performance reasons more for the sound. only problem is that im only 18 and wondered if it affects the insurance dramatically. also will it pass the mot with it on?

   if its more for sound then dont get an 'enclosed' kit ,as shown in the above link.
   
   if i were you id go for a k&n induction kit noisey, noisy, noisey!!!!!!!

   and its best to ring your insurer first, i doubt your have to fork out any extra but its best to tell them anyways!?!

   Pipercross open filter is louder than the k&n.
