4-2-1 Manifold mk2 to mk1?

   I know this is sort of a repost...
   
   but atm theres a manifold for sale which fits an MK2 furio without relocating the oil filter...
   
   does this mean that it has an mk1 oil filter set up?
   furthermore would it fit my westcoast?

   I dont have a mk1 oil set up on my mate its all mk2

   its just the way the pipe is bent around the filter
