enlarge the pic on this site and you can clearly see that the dimma grille only has one piece cut out. and that is a dimma grille. -
#7i know thats why i am thinking this one is fake because it has two cut outs in the mesh like the cheap ones off ebay.

#8i know thats why i am thinking this one is fake because it has two cut outs in the mesh like the cheap ones off ebay. so do you think it will most likely be a fake? thank
-
#10gutted eh how do you go about getting refunds on here other then messaging the seller? or isnt there owt else i can do? just fancied a change and my grill has faded tried back to black but doesnt do much
-
#11its a shame as they are only 30 quid brand new on ebay
-
#12The dimma grill you cut the mesh anyway in most cases.
Mine was clearly cut when I had mine different to another one someone had.
Both were dimma made of the GRP and had it imprinted in them -
#13If you read the for sale rules, sales have nothing to do with the forum. There is no way of the staff getting money back its up to you to try and sort it out
-
#14i wasnt expecting any of the saxp staff to refund any money ect that would be madness lol was just looking for other ways of dealing with the matter other then pms, so if it has dimma printed on the back of the grill it will be real yes? thank you
-
#15That looks like a dimma "style" grill.
I thought the dimmas only had one cut out near the bonnet catch?
I have been wrong before though. -
#16If he hasn't already posted it you can cancell the money coming out from your account. You could also contact Ebay about an item being fake and they will give you the money back.
-
#17^ He didnt buy it on eBay though?. . .^
Assuming you payed using Paypal, then you can make a dispute, and eventually file a claim that they will look at and decide whether to refund you. However, they rarely refund money because the item isnt as described, usually just if you dont recieve it etc.
Anyway, before you go doing all of that, try messaging the seller and speak to him about it. Or wait until you recieve it to make sure it is a fake, before you try for a refund.
Good luck mate. -
#19if the grill turns out to be fake (should be reciving it tomorrow) i dont think i will do anything just take it as a bad job and try and not make the same mistake again, im still going to fit the bloody thing after all this hasslw fake or not haha
-
#20Is their really much difference other then the one cut-out to the two-cut out?
I have the "style" one and rather save £20 then have one cut-out lol -
#21The one in the sax-p link is most definitely a Dimma style one. We sell them at my work for about £35
-
#22You haven;t started this thread up before even trying to sort it out with the seller have you?!
-
#23its all sorted now the seller was very kind about the matter and a refund is going to be made
thank you for all your help guys
