gear box problem

   ho i have just replace my clutch and releae bearing but i am getting the same noise. i think the main shaft bearing has gone. can some one please tell me if my faults are right and are they hard to change.

   input shaft bearings fucked, about 4 hours to change once the box is out and if you know what your doing.
