   just wondered how many miles/what timescale this should be changed. As in after ive put some in should i renew thew whole lot after 6months or longer???

   How do you use it dude? Change every 3-6k as a guideline for everyday use.

   thanks man, just everyday use probably. mite go with the TOTAL fully sythetic 9000 stuff tho as its about half the price.
