I had it delivered to my dads work (mechanic) and even went in at lunch time rather hopefull but there were no ramps free.

tomorrow i will be doing engine mount.

need to get the rear lowered before i do the front as i will be getting someone else to do the rear.

Cheers for comments, really can't wait to get them fitted

60mm is too low for handling purposes as i want to get it on track.

I'd get the front done first mate - just so when the rear is lowered, it can be done to match the front.

    Cheers for comments guys.

I will get the front done first, just didnt want to look a dick driving round with a high rear end.

Just got the lower mount on,

noticed a difference straight away - mainly through the rattling dash lol

seems tighter, and when your putting your foot on and off the accelerator, theres no engine flex.

been told it should make gear changes less jerky, however i have only been down the road so wasn't doing any sort of quick changes at speed.

When you put your foot down or take it off the engine flexes and this causes the car to become unbalanced

try it in first gear - set off then take foot off then back on etc and the car will be jerky as anything

thepowerflex engine mounts reduce this loads

its especailly important in performance - if you enter a corner and lift off, the engine will flex forward causing a weight transfer forward in effect forcing the car forward and becoming inbalanced, which can lead to understeer or a very light rear end that can step out.

other features - reduce in flex means smoother gear changes when changing quickly or harshly

That powerflex mount is never going to do anything about lift off oversteer. Only difference I noticed was the 'squatting' effect between gear changes is reduced.
