What to do with my side bumps

   Hi my side bumps on my saxo look pretty awful they hve some white paint marks on them from when i bought it. I tryed everythin to get them off but it nothin wrked. Don't no wht to do now should i replace them or is there smethin tht gets off deep ingrained pain marks.
