   what would be the best turbo to use on a vts i was thinking a t2

   "best" is a very loose term.
   
   what power? what application?
   
   a t2 would be perfect for upto around 210bhp.
   
   as a very general rule you would want
   t2 up to 200
   t25 upto 250
   t28 fro upto 280
   
   then theres the "g" series turbos that signify ball bearing turbos wich offer better spool and much more power at a cost.

   hybrid turbo from a r5 always a good choice as spools quicker than similar sized turbo's
