vts lower (prep for seized torsion bar)

   plan to get my s lowered very soon... i have a apax psx kit. ca has 50k is there anything i can apply to reduce the chances of a seized torsion bar? just wwack loads of wd40?

   use something called plus-gas, bit like wd40 just better. good luck!

   Theyre never really properly seized to be honest. They may take a bit of persuasion but thats all you need combined with the right methods
   
   Slide hammer and socket methods are largely poor and relatively useless for a large proportion of torsion bars, a decent bar and a good hammer is all you need
