Rim Tape - Pic request really.

    Going to be doing rim tape on my mates VTS alloys this weekend, just wondering if anyone has any pics of where they put the rim tape?
    I.e: have you put it inside the lip on the edge of the vts wheel, or have you tried to cover the outer edge as best as poss?

    Put it on the inside of the lip otherwise when you have tyres changed, it will rub on the lip whilst putting a new tyre on and probably rip it off.

    Closest pic i've got with rim tape on VTS wheels:


    I put the tape inside the lip, it is more or less impossible to do the actual lip on vts wheels. Tip; take the wheels off, makes it much more easier

    heres a pic from my vtr mate, just put it as close to the rim as i could, really easy to do

    WOW a new saxos were nice but this is how they should off come out the factory it is by far one of the best saxos ive seen up there with pred's defo

    I did mine right on the lip not a very good picture i know but you can see it from the side
