   Hi guys, i have a k & n filter fitted to my car. i wants to put a standard one back on. Is mk1 and mk2 the same. As there is one for sale on ebay. Its come off a r reg vtr mine is 2001

   Naa, the mk1 and mk2 have different air boxes:
   
   mk1 VTR (90bhp) & older mk2 VTR (90bhp - first mk2's)
   
   
   newer mk2 VTR (98bhp)

   Top (red mk1) is a westcoast. Can tell by the narrowing of the pipe.
   
   THe mk1 90 bhp engine (silver & blacktop) has the same set up as the second pic
