Looking at camshaft kits - help!!

Just getting my car back on the road but before i do i'm looking at splashing out on a camshaft kit.
Really could do with knowing:

1. which make and model of kit to go for
2. depends on the above as to what else needs to be bought to be fitted
3. again on no.1 as to if there is any head work needed to fit

simple ph3 newman cam, bolts straight in no modifications go get it mapped. cam will be about £270 delivered then £400ish for a map and you would be seeing around 120bhp at the fly
