How do you adjust the front ones? Should the rear ones stop turning once there fully adjusted?

Is the manual downloadable from somewhere?

    clockwise hard, anticlockwise soft

    replied to your pm.

clockwise sets them hard, need to keep them compressed when your turning them.

They can be done on the car, bit of a pain but can be done

    each side
    top mount nuts off x3
Strut will hang down, compress the springs.
    Strut retaining nut off
    Top plates + mount off
    compress the shock and adjust
Raise shock put top plates + mount on
    retaining nut back on
    de compress springs
push strut back up and put top mount nuts on

    Repeat for other side....

Sounds a dick on, but when your track rod ends are seized solid its alright.

Depends how fast you are at removing struts, used to take me about 15minutes a side to adjust on the car.
Unless it was when i did it at 2 in the morning after the pub lol

dont even need to take the 3 nuts off, keep wheel touching the floor to keep compression on the spring. then undo damper nut, compress it and turn, then pull damper back up and through top mount, refit damper nut.

haha i had the spring clamps fly off and got my hand wedged on the under side of the car once when i did mine lol
