Just laquered my wheels, just wondering how long to leave them before i can go and get the tyres put on and put them on my car?
how long does laquer take to harden?

#3i would leave it for a good 48 hours mate, it isnt worth the risk of damaging the paint

#4Yup, 48 hours, may aswell leave it for that long, wait longer and the results will be better

#5Laquer takes a lot longer to dry than primer or paint. Even if it feels dry to touch it stays soft and wants at least 48 hours to fully harden imo.

#7am an aprentice spray painter as the guys have said above leave it to dry for 48 hours just incase the paints not fully dryed

#13left mine a day and a half seemed ok the rear passenger side one dint look to good, i guess it depends on the weather and that too! i did mine when it was freezzin!!
