breaks seized

   hi one of my back breaks has seized on a bit, have a vtr with discs, any suggestions ?

   bigger hammer?
   
   Remove the discs and calipers, remove the pads and disc with force/hammer, and replace with new pads and discs.

   pads and discs have just been done bout 3 weeks ago :O

   Surely they can't be siezed that quickly. Remove the wheels and unsieze them. Maybe chisel and hammer?!

   you sure they are seized? if they were you wouldnt have been able to stick new discs and pads on.

   maybe siezed wasntr right word they its like the handbrake is stuck on a little
