Wossner 12:1 Forged Pistons - Big Problem...need Help

    The pistons are

    Engine: Saxo 1.6 16v TU5J4
Kit Part No: K9039D050 (12:1 CR)
    Bore: 79
    Ring Part No. 790XDS
    Pin Part No. WP996
    Clip Part No. CW20 (19.46)

My engine was with a problem with oil consumption after i instaled the woessner pistons and i've opened the engine again this week.

I check a strange problem and i hope you can help me to discover what it's wrong here.

All the measures are correct, the 4 pistons are equal and the cilinders are equal too, the engineer engineer that it's checking the block (He's the person ho machined it) says everything it's ok..and he really don't understand what it's wrong in it
I really don't understand a lot of this, but he asked me to ask your opinion!

My problem it's that the piston on the 1st cilinder and in the 4th cilinder touched the cilinder wall in the top and in the botton they have some marks in the piston and in the cilinder wall. But they did this 90º then what it's usually, the marks are on the right and left side of the cilinder/Piston and in the botton and in the end of it only. (usually when there it's a problem the piston touch the cilider in the front and in the back.

Can you please help me to discover what it's wrong here everything seems perfect? Is it usually to happend this? I can try to get some pictures of it if you want!

The clearence it's in 0.07mm...just like it says in the item information!

Thank you very much...and sorry another post about this Pistons...they're really giving me some "bad sleeping nights"

I really don't know i'll see the engine today at the end of the day, but he told me that were just on the topo of the cilinder and in the bottom!

    Hope it has a solution....

    a

It was not so bad as they told me on the phone!
The block really have some marks but it's nothing deep justo some scratches and the pistons are good as new, it's some problem with the piston rings. or something like that.
We're oversize more 0.01 mm and change for a new set of piston rings...and i hope everything works fine this time!

    Thank you all
