Manifold and Induction Kit

   am just wondering if neone know the bhp gains would be from installig a 4 branc manifold and inclosed induction kit on my 1.4 westcoast?? and would cutting the CAT out help also??

   No cutting out the cat would most probably see a loss, as there will be a huge drop in pressure back-pressure.
   
   A full exhaust system and a manifold usually sees anything from 5-15bhp Increase depending on make of system, condition of the car, whether you get a remap etc.
   
   Instead of cutting out the cat, why not just get a Decat Pipe? They're the cheapest part of the exhaust system, you can get a Supersprint Decat Pipe for about £80 IIRC.
