I can't really think of any other way, cos its quick fiddly to get into so a hacksaw would be no good. Kinda need a dremel really. Sorry bud.
You could always just try and buy one pre cut, my be cheaper then getting a dremel. But Im sure someone in your family must have/be able to borrow one.

use a coping saw works fine its what i did mine with

yea i was thinkin that mate might use that lol ill give it a try im just goin out to get a glue gun now lol

a hot glue gun won't hold the mesh in for long as the heat from the engine will re heat it and it'll fall apart, tiger seal it you'll get no problems from it, while it drys cable tie it together tight and it'll be fine

i used a jigsaw on mine but cut the top bit off lol so had to screw it to the bonnet

i tiger sealed it but it takes a while to dry, so the mesh can move, so if u cable tie the mesh to the plastic while the glue sets it'll come out nice n tight n flush

i think im goin to glue gun it den when it on strong put tirger seal to stop it comin off in time cable tie seem bit hard as dont like workin hard ha

I took mine to body garage down the road, let me use there dremel tool thing in the workshop, only took 5 mins. Cant hurt to ask a local garage if your really stuck?
