smoothing and coding

   i attemped smoothing and colour coding my bumpers on the week end and didnt quite get the finish i wanted could somone just run my throught the best way to do it start the finish thanks

   no i dont i got pissed with it and wet and dryed the lot again used it in stages 240 grade to 1200 do i need to going any finer or use rubbing compound?

   use top stop filler to get that really mooth effect after you ise standard filler

   body shop shouldnt charge alot if you sand them down and clean them ready for painting yourself.
