Idea?

Right guys and girls, I have an idea for my sax, well the route im going down is a mild show car, i know you can't really have a mild show car, just really tidy with afew twists and stuff, well the idea is, i want to get the Vt kit all smoothed together, i have a silver sax, and was thinking the standard vt kit all smoothed, with black gloss bump strips, and bumbers. just wondering peoples thoughts? and if anyone knows if this has been done, the smoothed vt kit that is?

im sure the smoothed vt kit has been done many a time and tbh it looks good on a pure show car that gets trailered from show to show but on a daily driver eventualy it will crack and look crap.

but there is no point having a show car that gets trailered everywhere and stuck in a garage, I don't see the point its a show car for people to see. and surely all these other kits on cars, that a smoothed there peoples daily drives and are fine.

i think it'd look really good, was thinkin about smoothin my kit once ive had the new front bumper fitted... But i think stu & shell is prolly right... i think it would ruin easily... Im havin to replace my front bumper just because they tend to be flimsy... would still look great tho

I know what your saying, but i have seen a few cars that are smoothed and yes after abit you start noticing the body work fucking up abit, but same with every car i suppose, just keep on top of it, i suppose if thats possible.

think maybe if i had another run around, it would last abit longer lol. might look into it. Cheers guys.

my friend had a show car that was his daily driver and that had a smoothed in bodykit and it does crack and go shitty also it is easy to damage!!!

yeah if you were to keep on top of it. it would mean refilling and painting every 6monts to a year. im not saying dont do it. its up to you.

my friend had an air brushed paint job too, this made filling and repairing very impractical

ye it does look good but practically as an every day car they dont work and end up usually lookin toss tbh but if ya can afford to keep on top of it then go for it at the end of the day its your car and its up to you...
