#2Not for long, best saving up and do it properly
-
#3Get some uprated dampers!! saves you money in the long run........
-
#460mm is really as low as you want to go even with dampers. Actually more like 50mm is preferable as a sensible maximum for a road car. With stock dampers I would say 30mm would be pushing it. Every one has there own opinion on this but if you wish to have a safe predictable car that does not rip it self apart these are probably a sensible maximum.

#5your best saving up and buying a whole kit and fitting at the same time
-
#6It will be alright for a few thousand miles.
-
#7ive seen 50mm and that seems about a decent height.. maybe 50 front 60 rear would be nice
-
#8Would be spot on, have a look on www.kamracing.co.uk, the Spax VSX and APEX kits are great value for money.Quote:ive seen 50mm and that seems about a decent height.. maybe 50 front 60 rear would be nice

#10Yeah, quite crashy but to be expected at 60mm, you'll be alright down 80mm at the back with those.Quote:This one any good? and would i be able to get the rear torsion bar down 80mm on those shocks?

#11Im selling a pair of spax lowering springs brand new for just 35.00, still have receipt with em.
Wouldn't cost you much to whack em on while you save up for dampers and still have a sick lookin car
PM me for details -
#12Im confused, do you only need springs to lower it??
-
#13springs for the front, then adjustments of the rear trailing arm height using the torsion bars
-
#1435 quid is also really cheap for brand new spax springs
