   ive recent bought a vtr and noticed that im sat quite high up in the car
   
   is there any way of lowering the seat???

   Lower the car to the floor, then you will feel lower

   to get a stanard seat lower requires cutting of the bottom of the seat and rebuild the from scratch with some welding
   
   and no many places will weld on a seat without taking all the pading off ect
   so its by no means easy
