After Market Rev limiters??? Thoughts n Views

    Is it possible to fit these to a saxo???

    anybody had any experience with these units?

    just came across them on DemonTweeks and thought id ask what people thought of em!?

    saxo has a rev limiter no real need for 1 of these AM units get car remapped and up limit that way
    + cant see it working anyway

    So the whole launch control things a waste of time aswell?

    well do you need it? will you be racing the car at all? or is it just a road car that might find the track once a year?

    You only really need launch control to control boost or if you have over 200bhp (in a light car) with a peaky power delivery or maybe if you have wooden legs and struggle to hold the RPM's steady on the start line.

    Some buy these programable after market limiters with the hard-cut just so they can spit flames and backfire easily.. Maybe a bad idea to spread this info on here.. lol

    No need for it really, raising the rev limit on a standard or near standard Saxo engine is probably a bad idea.
