   will a 195/45 R14 tyre fit onto the Saxo vtr rims??

   Yes, but will have a bit of overhang, better off with a 175 i think and have some streatch

   It will, but as mentioned your better off with something narrower, 185's really. 195/45/R14's are well rare too, surely be costing a fortune???!
