re-trimming door cards...???

in the process of soundproofing my doors, so whilst the door cards are off im gona re-trim. Does anybody know how to take the central piece off (the area with material on) without damaging the fixings(studs)on the back or is it unavoidable?

yeah i was...the one with "saxo" in big silver letters on the front and a sax with very large alloys on, not the red one
