16v head on 8v bottom end

   I have been speaking to Barry_gti and Bucky from SSC forum and they said it can be done with a few mods
   
   
   
   I need the following
   
   
   
   Cylinder Head
   
   Cams
   
   pulley
   
   cam belt
   
   Inlet manifold / throttle body
   
   
   
   Some have said ecu and loom from 16v But Could I just use my Dastek or would be better to use 16v ECU and loom then dastek to map it all
   
   
   
   Also does anyone have view ideas etc or think I need more parts
