MDF Speaker Rings

   Need a perfect circle, not some dodge job with a jigsaw. Going to be using a router for this but i need a jig to make. Have a rough idea how to make one, its just cutting the ring with it.
   
   Anyone done this? Got any pics?

   i just used the paper you get with the spakers to make a few out of mdf, then used a jigsaw, werent perfect but they were getting fiberglassed anyway

   Thanks for the feedback guys. Managed to do it with the jigsaw in the end. It was too difficult to use a router when you havent got proper tools. Came out pretty good in the end.
   
   Had a bit of a nightmare with mixing resin and hardener, really didnt have a clue on to how much hardener to put in. On the tub mixture it had a 2:1 ratio on it so i put it in as stated. Meanwhile as i got to near enough 2/3's the way though as i was just finishing. The mixture decided to fizz up lol Thought the bloody thing was gona explode LOL
   
   
   
   As you can see it melted the pot!

   I cut mine out with a jig saw
   Then i sanded them till they was perfectly round..

   What the hell happend to that resin lol, looks like it melted the bottom of the cup too
   
   happened to mine well melted in the cup after about an hour, i totally forgot about it
