Paint and Laquer

   If i dont laquer paintwork on the exterior of my car, whats going to happen to the paintwork? for example, grill and wiper arms. Will the paint just eventualy wear off?

   its only metallic and pearlescent paints that need lacquer, if you buy something like gloss black paints its not needed.

   no problem, if you go to halfords and you look on the cans it tells you the paint process you need to follow and on lots of colours lacquer aint needed
