aftermarket steering wheel

   hi just got a new steering wheel with a boss kit and getting rid of the airbag one but wont the airbag light come on if i put on the new steering wheel fort i would ask befour i jump in

   yes the light will come on mate,
   
   either fit a resistor in the plug to disable the light, remove the bulb or cover it with tape

   its an electronic component that you simply connect into the plug, and it makes the car think the airbag is connected.

   Do you know what size resistor cos I just changed mine and need to place a resistor in my connector
