#4When fitting a suspension kit to a car with rear torsion bars, as the spring rate goes up, you will dial in understeer.
The torsion bar is a stretched out spring.
You want to do the same to the rear as the front to keep the handling balance, a thicker torsion bar gives a higher spring rate.
The trick is to match the front and rear to get the handling you want...
