The Spoiler fits in two ways. On the older Saxo where no standard spoiler is fitted, two holes are made in the side of the tailgate in line with the two bolts that face inwards.
On the Phase II Saxo where an OEM spoiler is already fitted, this is removed and the new spoiler makes use of the original fittings.
