   If I was you I'd buy a fibreglass bonnet as it'd probably be around the same price of having your bonnet re-sprayed black and you'd have a brand new, lighter bonnet.

   its so hard to find a black bonnet i tried for weeks in the end i had to get a yellow one cheap and had it sprayed and fixed up its so much easier

   How much have people paid to have their bonnet sprayed by a bodyshop?
   
   Trying to find a white mk2 bonnet is much harder than black!

    tospray mine was 80 quid but i wanted all scratches and dents out so cost 120

    what about the bonnet pins to fix it on as ive heard bad things about fiberglass one flipping up NOT GOOD ?

    id like to know what pepole think of them carbon bonnets on ebay as im debating about buying one in 2 weeks wen i get paid, as like whats been said do they fit good, and is there a risk of it blowing up i.e when on motorway with strong wind
