   Right im interested in getting a cam for my mk1 vtr, Im guessing i need to get new valves and springs etc?
   
   Any tips on doing this?

   look on kamracing. they put details of whats needed for each cam the sell

   Would depend how wild the cam is but changes are you wont need to change the springs etc,
