#2No mate, it wont work, it wont rev to 7200, it should rev to just over 6, still sounds like you have a problem though!!
Does it do it everytime?
What engine mods you have? if any? -
#3Damm!! it will eventually get to about 6 but it almost sounds like its starved of fuel and there is no limit noise? it was remapped at motoscope a few years back and spoke to them and they said if anything the limit would be more than standard? crank sensor? fuel pump?

#5doubt it'll be the crank sensor or the fuel pump mate, injetcors possibly!? Wouldn't help to change these!

#6hmm might get some from the scrapyard tomoz , but i got a 1.6 xsi head with a rallye cam goin on soon so need to keep money aside ! they say megane 1.6 injectors?
-
#7never heard of meagne injectors going on a saxo, i'd try replacing yours first, or having your properly cleaned and reconditioned
-
#8or just torching the bloody thing , it was only 300 quid! ahh life would be so much easier if i didnt bend my vts!!!lol
-
#9i had the exact same problem on my vts.
after 6 k it went dead and just went mmmmmm on the limiter. no bouncing.,
try looking for a crack / hole on the inlet manifold. thats what it was on mine.
if thats helps? -

tbh i could of bough 3 of the buggers with the amount of money ive spent on the thing.
if its the inlet , i have a spare one you can buy if you want . -
#12plugs and leads possibly aswell try them aswell mate
-
#13no leads just the solid coil pack which is all in one , the coil packs defo ok , but the roller rockers are a bit noisy so im gonna put an xsi head on it with a 1.3 rallye cam while i've got some spare cash
