standard door speakers are 130mm so they wont fit bud

but you could wire then up so they are on the outside of your speaker pods and make custom pods yourself for more cool points

i would make a pod for them but dont have a clue how, and to be honest they dont look the part lol, is there no way i can bodge the speakers in the place, if i were to cut the inside of the door cards so they will fit and drill new holes, and maybe put some speaker spacers in?

I was just about to ask the same question. I bought 6.5" speakers for my doors and they dont fit... im considering buying 6.5" wooden speaker rings & glewing them around the hole.

I put my speakers into the hole and it needs a half inch spacer and the ring is 1 inch thick so this will work... they're about £5 ill have a go and post some pics & info of what i did once the rings have arrived. It might not be great if you care about how tidy it looks behind ur door cards but tbh, your not gunna see an of it unless you take the cards off...

cheers for info, m8, might be having a go at this my self, im pretty good at wood work and i work in a factory with lots of MDF and machines to play with so i might have a go at making some spacers tomorrow, i had a little play putting the speakers in earlier trying to figure out how much space i will need to fit them, and for me to fit my in with the door cards i will need to cut the inside plastic on the door cards for them to fit properly and being able to fit the cards back on properly, also will need to drill new holes through the metel in the door to be able to make a secure fit, im not bother to much either how they look as long as they produce the sound and get a secure fit.
