Modding an mgzr 120?

Ok since i own a 1.1 its pointless modding the car for performance.
However im currently allowed to drive my mothers car and she has an MG-ZR 120 and i was wondering how much mods would cost to get a small increase in power?

Dont get me wrong they are fast enough but alittle more poke doesnt hurt and i like the idea of having something faster than standard

I know she would love it but i would definately need to justify the costs etc so no turbos ofc im thinking airfilters if they make a difference on these type of cars etc

i have a 105+, just go for the usuall exhaust and induction mods mate, mines decatted and has panel filter feels slightly more free revving.
if you wanna spend more go for the 160's vvc inlet and port the holes to match and get the 52mm tb from the 160 also? along with all other breathing mods to make the difference ofcourse

Induction, exhaust system. Same principle as a saxo mate.

    Headgasket anyone?

    Always one ^^

Forgot about the 52mm tb awsome mod did it on my k16 i had which being a 1600 only had the 48mm. Its not blow you away better but does have more usable mid range and as far as oem mods go its one of the best.

the 120 would benefit as said from the usual, free flowing induction mods, a set of cams wouldnt go a miss, the bigger throttle body will not increase your power in anyway, there is no conclusive evidence it does, it may change the response of the throttle though.

I had a 200vi (1.8 except vvc'd) that went pretty well with induction mods
