Hey,
Easy question...
I was just wondering how much harsher the ride becomes after lowering the car.

depends how far you lower it and the quality of springs
eibach pro springs gave the same ride quality as my standard vtr
now lowered 50mm on cheaper springs its quite harsh but you get used to it

as Paul says - depends on springs & how far you drop it
don't forget you'll probably need to to minor arch work on the reart. should just be bending the arch lip so that the tyre doesn't catch
