Mate works at a local tyre exhaust centre ,went down last night to see him and ended up gettin a exhaust system fitted to the vts, this is good for me as funds are v tight at the mo and exhaust systems are not cheap and this one thing have always wanted for the car.
basically there was a back box lying around a powerflow one, we cut the tailpipe after that as it was 4 inches far to big, and welded my standard tail pipe on to the end of it, custom made some brackets and a length of pipe to marry up to the old system.
struck it up sounded really nice
then i thought sod it, out come the angle grinder and off wiht the cat nice bit of pipe welded in its place, have kept the middle box in for the time being this might come out at a later date but not sure yet.
really happy with how the car sounds its not over loud but has a deep sound when you put your fut down and the occasionly pop when you back off.
most happy with how it looks from behind the car, like a standard exhaust as used the origanal tail pipe which i think is a subtle touch
