K&N question

   i have a t reg saxo vtr and i have put a k&n airfilter on it, put the pipe from the engine to the filter has broke off, i think its maybe a breather or sensor (im not that clued up with it yet), what will happen if i leave it off?

   You will fail your MOT, could get done if the police lift your bonnet.
   
   Cant imagine it would be that good for performance either. Also you will have a open rocker cover, anything could get inside it.
   
   Also, your filter will be letting air in through where it should be connected, hence not filtering the air. Get a breather filter or recconect the breather hose mate. Can get ones for as little as £10, so thers no excuse not to really.

   what put a breather on the broken pipe or air filter or both lol?

   connect the pipe from the wing straight to the tb and put a breather on the rocker cover

   i have a simular problemi have a mk1 1999 vtr and where most people have a breather filter onn top of the engine i have the standard T junction where the pipes lead off to the airfiler and back to the air intake but the pipe that heads to the left has broken of the T junction not sure what to do with it any ideas?
